In 1986, Binjusaria Metal Box Co. Pvt. Ltd. was founded with a single, uncompromising aim — to supply the highest quality steel. What began as an ambition quickly became a reputation. The group earned public respect and deep industry goodwill, growing from a single plant into an operation trusted by the giants of Indian infrastructure.
Over three decades, we automated our plant with TMT technology, secured a prestigious SAIL Conversion Contract, and earned the trust of India's leading infrastructure and real estate groups — L&T, Raheja Group, NCC, Divyashree Group, and NSL — as regular customers. The group also received formal approvals from NHAI, SEW Infrastructure, and various government authorities, cementing its standing as a nationally recognised steel supplier. When the steel chapter closed in 2017, it did so at its peak — a legacy of 32 years, fully intact.
By 2013, the vision had grown beyond steel. The same discipline that built a steel empire — attention to quality, long-term thinking, and trust — was ready to be applied to a new canvas: the built environment of Hyderabad itself.
In 2014, BS Spaces was established on Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, marking the group's first step into commercial real estate. Three years later, Binjusaria Constructions LLP was formally registered — and a new chapter began.
Today, Binjusaria operates two thriving verticals from the heart of Banjara Hills. Our real estate projects — including the completed BS Spaces and The Hill Top @7 — reflect the same precision and integrity the family has always stood for.
